Chris Ponniah has been appointed pastor at Resurrection Church, taking over in mid-March.
Resurrection is described as a “daughter church” by Dale Hanson, stand-in vicar at St Andrew’s Church, who made the announcement. In the Anglican establishment, our Pak Sha Wan church is administered by St Andrew’s.
Pastor Chris was ordained in Singapore and has served in the Philippines and New Zealand. His wife, Joy, will join him here in Sai Kung while their grown-up children remain in NZ.
