Town is alive with artists doing their stuff for festival

Wall paintings are being encouraged in town by the District Office and the Council as part of the Sai Kung Music, Arts and Cultural Festival. According to Maureen Siu, District Officer, three artists have been commissioned to go to work at several locations: Rita Kuisma, Tony Cheng and Chan Ying Fat.
