Momentai is kicking off the Christmas and New Year reveries with a live concert in aid of five animal charities on Wednesday 13 December. Everyone can have a good time while feeling very virtuous!
The band line-up is:
7:15 – 8:15 pm  Ben Tully (singer/guitarist);
8:30 – 9:30 pm    Village Dogs; and,
9:45 – 10:45 pm  Soulkeepers.
The band performances will be interspersed with brief talks by the heads of the animal charities, as well as a number of other activities
And to make the evening even more fun there will be an auction and a raffle of a Christmas hamper. The auction will have many interesting items, including two paintings from Psyche Chong, six magnums of Prosecco from Winerack, hair styling from Jacqui, toys from Mark Bradshaw,  pet supplies and services over $2000 from Dr Murdoch, dinner for two (separately at each) Dan Ryan’s and Amaroni’s, turkey from Butcher King, massage from Zone,  and much more. Donations of goods and services are still coming in. If you would like to give something for auctioning in aid of the animals – the higher value the better – please email roger@hongkongbuzz.com
Tickets will cost $250, and, as the price includes both “large” finger food and two drinks, are limited to 120. They can be purchased at Pets Central and Momentai. Only ticket holders will be allowed in until around 8:30 pm when the venue will be open to all. As some of the beer has been donated by the brewers, you can even feel good about having an extra pint as the money will go to the charities. The drinks-only menu is shown below, along with the amount going to charity.

This animals charity concert was initiated by the editors of SAI KUNG BUZZ.
