Italiano's is going Chinese, new owner says

The Italiano’s site will be converted into a Chinese restaurant, according to new owner Chung Lam. Asked about the new culinary establishment’s name, concept, price positioning, Chung said, “We are still figuring it out.” The young fellow is having a go with his first restaurant.
