A rare opportunity to adopt a Doberman has been reported by BUZZ reader Kevin Crowe. The four-year-old is called Cooper and is now in the care of a volunteer from Lifelong Animal Protection Charity.
Cooper is “very docile, apparently does not like cats very much. If I had the space and didn’t already have a cat and a crazy Chihuahua, I’d have taken this dog home yesterday.” Kevin said anyone who loves Dobermans and has a lot of space and the energy to take the dog running, should jump at this adoption opportunity.
Lifelong Animal Protection Charity known as LAP is an all-volunteer animal fostering and adopting operation with no kennels and no staff. It has many cats and dogs looking for homes. LAP runs a programme where dogs are fostered by former drug offenders seeking to turn their lives around, cares for shipyard and construction site dogs, and operates trap-neuter-release programmes with the SPCA.
