Christian Action will be holding their annual 3-Legged Charity Walk on 23 March (Saturday) at the Clearwater Bay Golf and Country Club. This is a one-of-a-kind event that combines educational, experiential, and fundraising elements. The Walk provides participants with a unique opportunity to overcome obstacles, work together with others and learn about the various challenges faced by disabled children. All proceeds raised will go towards Christian Action’s programmes for underprivileged children in Hong Kong, as well as orphans and disabled children in Qinghai.
As the name suggests, the 3-Legged Walk invites participants to have one of their legs tied with their partner in walking for 4 km to experience the challenges disabled children face. In addition to the Walk, the event offers an array of exciting activities including:
- Football training run by Chelsea FC Soccer School Hong Kong
- Experiential Programme
- 3-Legged Fun Racing
- Family-Oriented Carnival
Christian Action is honoured to have popular Japanese anime characters, ¡§TAMA and FRIENDS¡, and famous local actor, Tsui Wing, as our Caring Ambassadors, in sending out blessings and love to underprivileged children. Caring Ambassador Tsui Wing will be in attendance to show support!
