Charming events will be happening daily on the Central Harbourfront from 26 June until 1 September. Your children will be entertained and inspired by the shows and games. It is called Summerfest, running now for several years on the huge seashore site operated by Central Venue Management (CVM).
Here are some of the special events: Smart City, the whizbang Hong Kong of the future; Star Kids show; inter-school football battle; go-kart and rowboat racing; displays of children’s art themed sound colour stone; healthy lifestyles presented by an array of “gurus”; Mellow Yellow Music Festival; bike and baseball carnivals; futuristic electronic demonstrations for schoolchildren; expressive arts circus; and a ukelele show by tiny tot musicians. CVM is partnering with 23 sports, arts, community and education organisations to host 30 events.
Entrance is free. The Central Harbourfront event space will be open every afternoon during the period above at varying times.
