Tamera, who is from Denver, Colorado, uses Japanese gel inks combined with glass particles on paper. She scans, prints and blows up the artworks to varying sizes up to 4ft by 3ft. They are priced at $1000 to 8000. Tamera’s exhibition will be open at the gallery every day except Wednesday and Friday from noon until 4pm until the end of March.

H Studio Gallery is owned by Helen Bronte Boyd, a Tui Min Hui resident. The space hosts three artists in three studios. The other two are Lori D. Foster and Narelle Cridland.

“We are a studio of practicising artists who want to involve the community,” Helen said. Twice a week they have life drawing sessions with nude models. Shortly, she said, drawing and painting groups will start. Beginners will be able to attend and Lori, Narelle and Helen will teach technique.
