Three people were injured when a 7-seat van, a garbage truck, and a van collided on Clearwater Bay Road around 8:00 am this morning.
The front of the 7-seat van was damaged in the collision and the driver was trapped in the vehicle. The driver and a passenger in the van were rescued by firefighters and taken to hospital. The driver of the garbage truck was also taken to hospital for a checkup.
The incident happened when the vehicles were heading to Kowloon, near Tseng Lan Shue. Traffic speed was low at the time of the accident. Police are investigating.
