Here is this week’s update on planned protests in Hong Kong. Not all of these may take place, but those for the next seven days are fairly certain.

23 August: 7:00 pm. The Hong Kong Way. At all MTR stations on Kwun Tong, Tseun Wan and Island lines.

23 August: 7:00 pm. We Light Up the Lion Rock (The Hong Kong Way – Lion Rock). Exit A of Lok Fu MTR Station then to Entrance of the Lion Rock Park.

23 August: 7:00 pm. Tolo Harbour Human Chain. Tai Wai, Shatin, Ma On Shan.

23 August: 7:00 pm. Rally of the Christians. Chater Garden, Hong Kong, Central.

24 August: 7:00 am. Airport Transportation Stress Test – Jam Packing Together.

24 August: 1:00 pm. Kwun Tong Demonstration. Chun Yip Street Playground to CIC Zero Carbon Building.

25 August: TBC. Tsuen Wan District and Kwai Chung District Demonstration. Kwai Chung Sports Ground to Tsuen Wan Park.

25 August: 2:00 pm. Police Relatives Connection Rally – Let the Police ‘Serve with Pride and Care’ to the People Again. Edinburgh Place, Edinburgh Pl, Central, Hong Kong.

31 August: TBC. Civil Human Rights Front march. Central and Western. (TBC)
