As no protests were publicly announced at the end of last week, BUZZ did not post its usual weekly update. However, since the District Council elections, and taking into account the continuing police siege of PolyU, a number of protests are planned for the coming days.
This update only lists actions that are planned in advance. As we know this is only the tip of the iceberg. The various flash mobs cannot be predicted, so are not listed below. 29 November: 7:30 pm. Petition at British Consulate-General. Admiralty.
30 November: 2:00 – 5:00 pm. Rally of secondary school students and silvers. Chater Garden, Central.
1 December: 10:00 – 11:30 am. No tear gas to children march. Edinburgh Place to Central Government Offices.
1 December: 12:30 – 4:00 pm. March of gratitude to USA. Chater Garden to US Consulate-General.
2 – 6 December: 5-day strike of advertising sector.
3 December: 9:00 – 10:00 pm. Northerner Chorus – “Glory to Hong Kong”. Landmark North, Sheung Shui.
8 December: 2:00 – 6:00 pm. Human Rights Day rally. Victoria Park.
