Motorists are advised that to facilitate road improvement works on Hiram’s Highway, all vehicles on the northbound carriageway of Hiram’s Highway will be banned temporarily from proceeding to the slip road leading to Clear Water Bay Road westbound via the slip road near Hiram’s Villa leading to southbound carriageway of Hiram’s Highway from 12:00 am on 7 May 2021 to 12:00 am on 1 October 2021.
Affected vehicles on the northbound carriageway of Hiram’s Highway heading to Clear Water Bay Road westbound, will be temporarily diverted to travel via Hiram’s Highway southbound, the slip road leading to Clear Water Bay Road eastbound, Clear Water Bay Road eastbound and the roundabout near University Road to Clear Water Bay Road westbound.
Members of the public are advised that to facilitate repairing works of underpass lighting, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on Clear Water Bay Road between 12.30 a.m. and 5.00 a.m. on 6 and 13 May 2021 –
(I) Temporary Traffic Arrangement
All vehicles on the section of Clear Water Bay Road westbound near Tai Po Tsai Village will be banned temporarily from proceeding to Hiram’s Highway northbound via Hiram’s Highway underpass.
(II) Temporary Traffic Diversion
Affected vehicles will be diverted to travel via Clear Water Bay Road westbound, the slip road leading from Clear Water Bay Road westbound to Clear Water Bay Road eastbound near Ta Ku Ling San Tsuen, Clear Water Bay Road eastbound, and the slip road leading from Clear Water Bay Road eastbound to Hiram’s Highway northbound near Hiram’s Villa to Hiram’s Highway northbound
(III) Public Transport Services Arrangement
The N.T. GMB Route. No. 101M (Sai Kung bound) will be diverted to travel via Clear Water Bay Road westbound, the slip road leading from Clear Water Bay Road westbound to Clear Water Bay Road eastbound near Ta Ku Ling San Tsuen, Clear Water Bay Road eastbound, and the slip road leading from Clear Water Bay Road eastbound to Hiram’s Highway northbound near Hiram’s Villa before resuming its original routeing.
