Just after 8:00 am this morning (23/9) two cars collided head-on in Sai Sha Road, near Shui Long Wo, Sai Kung. Two people were injured and sent to hospital for treatment.
The accident occurred at 8:08 am near Shui Long Wo, when one of the cars is suspected to have crossed the double white line and crashed head-on into the the other car in the opposite lane. Two people were injured in the accident.
As seen in the pictures online, the front of one of the cars was seriously damaged, parts were scattered over the road, and the driver was trapped inside the car. Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
The Transport Department announced that due to the accident, a one-lane, two-way traffic arrangement was been implemented on Sai Sha Road near Shui Long Wo, which cause heavy traffic congestion at the site.
