Around 8:00 am this morning (15/2), a boatman found a man lying unresponsive on the rocky beach near Po Toi O, Tai Au Mun Road, Clear Water Bay, Sai Kung, so he called the police for help. Rescue workers arrived at the scene, including a firefighter who climbed onto the rocky beach and found the man. It was confirmed on the spot that the victim was deceased. Police officers classified the case as a “body discovery.”
According to information from the scene, the victim was naked from the waist up, wearing jeans and sneakers on the lower body, and his body was swollen. An initial conclusion by police is that the incident was suspicious, and they are conducting further investigations.
