Transport Department have given notice that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented in Tseung Kwan O from 11:00 p.m. on 25 October 2025 (Saturday) to 6:00 a.m. of the following day (Sunday).
(A) Road Closure
The following road sections will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic:
(i) The road section of Po Ning Road eastbound from the roundabout of its junction with Ying Yip Road to its junction with Po Ning Lane;
(ii) The road section of Po Ning Road westbound from its junction with Po Ning Lane to the roundabout of its junction with Po Shun Road;
(iii) The road section from Sheung Ning Road from its junction with Po Ning Road to its junction with Chung Wa Road;
(iv) The road section from Ying Yip Road southbound from its junction with Chap Fuk Road to its junction with Po Ning Road.
(B) Lane Closure
The middle and fast lanes on Po Ning Road eastbound from a point about 100 metres east of the roundabout of its junction with Po Shun Road and Po Lam Road North to the roundabout of its junction with Ying Yip Road and Sheung Ning Road will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.
(C) Banning of Turning Movements
All vehicles on Po Ning Road eastbound at the roundabout of the junction with Ying Yip Road and Sheung Ning Road will be prohibited from going straight or making right turn movement onto Sheung Ning Road southbound.
