Miss Piggy is having a fit of the giggles. The Princess of Porkitude is overjoyed because not only is she starring in the 50th Anniversary Muppet Show Special, she will soon appear in her own movie. “Hii-yah!” She’s sow-a-hoop, ready to karate-chop anyone who gets in her way to ever-greater fame. Miss Piggy, a truck driver who wants to be a woman, loves only a little green frog, some of the time, and “moi”.

Miss Piggy’s quotes are the envy of Yogi Berra:

The 50th TV Special Muppet Show was released earlier this month on Disney+ and ABC. Starring Sabrina Carpenter, it is a polished joyful and silly tribute to the original Muppet Show produced by the immortal Jim Henson in the 70s. Now there’s also a new movie on the way starring the famous porker and her green co-star, Kermit, produced by Jennifer Lawrence, Emma Stone and Cole Escolas. The new Muppet Movie will also feature the furry characters, Big Bird, Animal, Fozzie Bear and Gonzo. It is a variety show with cheerfully bonkers acts, chaos behind the scenes and that irresistible theme tune.
