Transport Department have advised members of the public that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on Clear Water Bay Road from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm on 13 February 2026 and from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm on 16 February 2026:
a) Traffic Arrangement
A section of Clear Water Bay Road from a point about 150 metres north of its junction with Pak To Avenue to a point about 240 metres north of the same junction will be temporarily coverted from two-lane two-way traffic into one-lane two-way traffic.
b) Public Transport Arrangements
The following bus stops and New Territories Green Minibus (GMB) stops will be temporarily relocated:

Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Notices will be put up to advise passengers of the temporary arrangements.
