Good news! Attention to building owners or Incorporated Owners who have already joined the “Fire Safety Improvement Works Subsidy Scheme”!

To further assist owners of old buildings in carrying out fire safety improvement works, the scope of the “Fire Safety Improvement Works Subsidy Scheme” now covers “IoT (Internet of Things) Fire Detection Systems”. This gives eligible owners or Incorporated Owners participating in the scheme more options and eases the financial burden of undertaking fire safety improvements.

The “IoT Fire Detection System” helps detect fires early and offers a more flexible, convenient fire safety improvement solution for older buildings constrained by space or structural limitations.
