Clare Benson and Ivan Lock, a well-known Sai Kung couple, have recently married. Ivan owns and operates the Sauce Mediterranean restaurant in the central square, while Clare runs her own Sai Kung Playhouse.
The couple, who have two children, Jesse, 4, and Theo, 1, were wed at the Kowloon Walled City Park. Ivan has two other children following an earlier relationship, Christie, 16, and Ronnie, 26, who helps his dad as a chef at Sauce.
Clare’s Sai Kung Playhouse — “where kids can play and mums can relax” — is relatively new. At 1/F, 11 Man Nin St it operates play groups in Cantonese and English for toddlers and older children with singing, dancing, arts and crafts and yoga plus English classes.

Ivan and Clare and Jesse and Theo recently returned from a holiday on the beaches of Da Nang where they stayed at the Intercontinental Sun Peninsula Resort, a wedding present.
