Sai Kung’s Pink Ladies will host an outdoor fashion show with cocktails and dinner at the Hebe Haven Yacht Club on May 13. The charity group is aiming to raise more than the $70,000 taken in last year for the Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation.
The fashion event “typifies Sai Kung’s chic-meets-low-key vibe with a big heart and an edgy flavour”, according to the Pink Ladies. They say the fitness trainers and sports personalities strutting the catwalk by the sea will include Olivier Baillet, Emma Linnitt, Dayle Haigh-Smith, Nadia Jordaan, Mindy Tagliente, Sarah Robinson, Leigh Jane Gibbs, Tim Stevens and Matt Chambers.
Local supporters of the charity show are named as Talas Hairdressers, Casa, Winerack, EVENT-spirit, Perfect Party, Sabai Spa and Anna Bowkis Photography. The sportswear, fashions and jewellery modeled by the performers will come from Escapade, Polkadot Boutique, Zenvara, House of Kamal, Edge of Desire, Desert Diamonds, Day with Fe, Phat Shack and Dirty Dog.
If you want to attend to imbibe, ingest or just gawk, you need a ticket. Entry is $270, including a glass of “bubbly”. Dinner as well is $470 for two courses and a glass of wine.
