22 Pik Sha Road: Chinachem is building a whole row of townhouses there

A townhouse at Pik Sha Road, Clearwater Bay, has sold for $131 million, real estate agent sources say. The sale, believed to be to a mainlander, was handled by a team from Midland Realty.

This is understood to be the highest value house sale in Sai Kung or Clearwater Bay in recent years after the Sheung Sze Wan waterfront village house that went for $130 million last year, also to a mainlander.

The 22 Pik Sha Road property is a newly constructed 3666sq ft, three-storey townhouse with a swimming pool, sundeck, water feature and two-car garage. It is one of two townhouses put on the market by Shun Shing Hing Investment Co. Ltd, a subsidiary of Chinachem.
