Well, 8 months on from our inaugural MacLehose Clean-Up Action, the team are still going strong – in fact stronger than ever! The group of active participants has swelled to 120 and our Leaders continue to organise clean-ups on a monthly basis all over Hong Kong – HK Trail on the Island, Lantau, Pat Sing Leng out of Tai Po, in addition to regular MacLehose outings on M2-M8. The clean-ups have been attracting quite a bit of attention with an article in the SCMP, as well as a previous article in SAI KUNG BUZZ.
We now have a team shirt so will be even more recognizable as we fossick about.
Our next action will be on 25 June 2017 led by Rica. We will clean the Sheung Luk Falls off M2 above Sai Wan.
