For all those budding entrepreneurs, charities and organisations looking to take advantage of the Lunar New Year Fair in Sai Kung, the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD)  reminds interested parties to join auctions for stalls.

According to FEHD:
The Fair will be held for seven days from 10 February 2018 to the early morning of the 2018 Lunar New Year Day (i.e. 16 February 2018),  in Man Yee Playground.
The date of the Sai Kung auction is Thursday 30 November at Hang Hau Community Hall, G/F, Sai Kung Tseung Kwan O Government Complex, 38 Pui Shing Road, Hang Hau. The Sai Kung Fair will cater for dry goods and wet goods. The opening price is $730 for Dry goods, and $620 for wet goods. 26 stalls are available to bid for. Bidders for LNY fair stalls must be at least 18 years old and ordinarily resident in Hong Kong.
Anyone can bid for more than one stall. A bidder must pay the bid price and register in person with his or her own name as the licensee of the stall immediately after successfully bidding for a stall. The bidder is also required to sign at once a licence agreement with the FEHD, or they will forfeit the rights to operate the stall.
Details of the stalls etc can be found at http://www.fehd.gov.hk/english/events/lnyf2018/layout/Man_Yee.pdf
