They come and they go: Entrepreneurial spirit in Sai Kung

Now you see it now you don’t. A pop-up shop with an extensive array of rattanware and crockery appeared in Hoi Pong Square in front of a vacant shop near Casa last week…

Then two days later it was gone…

And a troop from FEHD marched into the Square led by white-shirted “officers”.  There were at least eight of them, looking officious. Did someone complain?  The FEHD troopers milled around Noble Living, which had similar looking rattanware displayed outside. Perhaps the good people at Noble had done a little opportunistic expansion.
