Sandra's cooking for kids: Classes to start soon at Resurrection Church and Life Centre

Nutritionist Sandra Merazzi is setting up a new business to teach children how to eat healthily. The Sai Kung resident will begin classes soon at Resurrection Church and Life Centre, Rev. Chris Ponniah said.
Free talks for parents will be held on Monday March 26 from 9 to 10am and from Wednesday March 28 from 1 to 2pm. Sandra has an advanced diploma in child and adolescent nutrition from HKU Space, she tells us. Her first talks are entitled “Nutrition for Children and Teens”.

“Getting kids into the kitchen and showing them how to prepare real-food meals sets them up for the future so they can make informed choices and take control of their health,” Sandra said. The mother of three plans to offer after-class lessons in schools and at the church’s Life Centre at Pak Sha Wan. Also there will be day camps during the holidays, with the first planned for Easter.
