Idiocy of some taxi drivers

This negligent clown has the right side of his vision totally blocked. He has two mobile phones stuck up on the dashboard with a cardboard box protecting them from the sun. There is no way he could see a child running out from the right, an elderly person tottering onto the road, or woman pushing a pram. Nor could he see a low car crossing his path. He is a dangerous fool.
