A passenger car flipped over on Hiram’s Highway around 4:00 pm this afternoon. It was driving downhill into town just past the Po Lo Che Road traffic intersection close to the Esso petrol station.
The driver seemed to have lost control in the wet, slippery road conditions. The driver and passengers walked away from the crash unscathed and did not need to go to hospital. Police, ambulance and three sets of firefighters were on the scene. Traffic was delayed for nearly 40 minutes.
The police are investigating the cause of the accident.
