Update on planned protests – 8 August

Here is this week’s update on planned protests in Hong Kong. Not all of these may take place, but those for the next seven days are fairly certain.

8 August: 7:00 – 9:00 pm. Summer Happy Hour: Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui.

9 August: 1:00 pm. Ten-thousand People Pick-up Event: T1 Arrivals Hall, Hong Kong Airport.

19 August: Time TBA. March in Tai Po: TaiPo Tau Bus Station to Wan Tau Kok Lane Jockey Club.

11 August: 1:30 pm. March in Hong Kong Island East: Victoria Park to Java Road Playground.

11 August: 2:30 pm. March in Sham Shui Po: Maple Street Playgound to Sham Shui Po Playground.

17 August: 11:00 am. March with the Teachers: Chater Garden to Government House.

17 August: 3:30 pm. Reclaiming Hung Hom and To Kwa Wan. Tai Wan Shan Park, Whampoa
