The trail wends its way around High Island reservoir, over hill ranges with views of the beaches and peaks at Tai Long Wan and over the MacLehose trail sections above Sai Kung with views south and north, then across more ranges to Tai Mo Shan, Hong Kong’s highest peak, before the finish on TMS’s lower slopes.
