BUZZ has always been a keen supporter of Clockenflap, Hong Kong’s biggest music. We have reported on the event many times over the years. On Thursday 9 July the organisers, Magnetic Asia,  announced that the 2020 event was being cancelled owing to the coronavirus pandemic.

“It’s impossible to deliver the depth and breadth of Clockenflap festival experience we strive for each year,” the organiser said in an official statement.

The 2019 event last year was cancelled owing to the ongoing protests in Hong Kong. However, while announcing the cancellation, the organisers confirmed that the 2021 event is planned for 26  to 28 November.

“We are already planning on the biggest and best Clockenflap experience ever for our return,” the organiser said. For more details, visit the music festival’s Facebook page.
