Yesterday (2/2) we reported on the dog abuse case in Sha Kok Mei Village, Sai Kung the day before. The police classified the case as animal cruelty and it was followed up by the Wong Tai Sin Police District Criminal Investigation Team. After investigation, a 72-year-old local woman was arrested later in the afternoon. She was subsequently released on bail.
