The Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) announced today (28 February) that lifeguard services will be provided at nine gazetted beaches from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm daily between 1 – 31 March. The two beaches in Sai Kung are Clear Water Bay Second Beach, and Silverstrand Beach.
The LCSD calls on members of the public to observe water safety while swimming. People should swim at the beaches only when lifeguard services are available. Please do not enter the water when the red flag is hoisted.
