More objections to proposed residential care home in Tsam Chuk Wan

Last month BUZZ reported on the planning proposal to build 110+ bed residential care home in the village of Tsam Chuk Wan. At a recent meeting of the Town Planning Board 147 objections to the plan had been received and Transport Department had also objected to the traffic and parking implications. The applicant developer, Golden Kingdom Investment Limited, have made a resubmission to TPB taking into account the TD’s comments.
