Bus and lorry collide at University roundabout, Sai Kung, causes traffic chaos on a busy Saturday

A traffic accident involving a construction lorry and a KMB bus caused chaos for a few hours this afternoon. Around 12:30 pm at the Clear Water Bay Road/University Road roundabout, Sai Kung, a bus exiting the roundabout collided with a lorry driving towards Kowloon. One bus passenger was slightly injured.

The accident caused massive traffic chaos that lasted for a couple of hours, with traffic further delayed by oil on the road. KMB rescheduled some routes owing to the delays.
