Police are appealing to the public for information on a man who went missing in Sai Kung. Lai Ka-pak, aged 23, went missing after he was last seen at HKUST on 1 October afternoon. His family made a report to Police yesterday (3/10).
He is about 1.8 metres tall, 65 kilograms in weight and of thin build. He has a long face with yellow complexion and short black hair. He was last seen wearing a grey T-shirt, blue shorts and slippers.
