A man who went missing in Sai Kung has been located. Lai Ka-pak, aged 23, went missing after he was last seen at a university in Clear Water Bay on 1 October afternoon. His family made a report to Police on 3 October.
The man returned to his residence yesterday morning (12/10) . He sustained no injuries and no suspicious circumstances were detected.
