Two drivers injured, sent to hospital, in collision in centre of Sai Kung

A car accident occurred in Sai Kung yesterday (2/2) afternoon when a truck being driven along Hiram’s Highway in the centre of Sai Kung collided head-on with a truck.

The truck driver lost control and careened to the side of the road knocking the car onto the pavement. The fronts of both vehicles were damaged. One of the car drivers and the truck driver were both injured and sent to hospital for treatment by ambulance.

The accident caused major disruption to traffic in Sai Kung at the start of the afternoon rush hour.
