The Nam Pin Wai development by Vervain Resources is now named Mount Hebe. It comprises 51 villas, ranging from 3 to 4 bedrooms. The sales brochure will be released soon, and tenders for each villa type are expected to be launched within 10 days
Vervain Resources said that the sales brochure for Mount Hebe will be uploaded soon, and two show flats will open as early as next week. They are considering adding furnished units for sale, with tendering expected to begin within 10 days. A total of four unit types will be offered, with a total of no more than 10 units. Prices will be based on recent transaction prices in the same area.

The project consists of 51 two-storey houses with areas ranging from 1,536 to 2,636 square feet. They include layouts with 3 bedrooms (1 ensuite), 3 bedrooms (3 ensuite), 4 bedrooms (2 ensuite), and 4 bedrooms (4 ensuite). All houses have a ceiling height of 4.5 meters and gardens ranging from 316 to 1,885 square feet.
The project obtained its occupancy permit last year and will receive its occupancy permit in a few months. At this stage, the project will continue to improve the landscaping and optimize some units, as it is a short-term building.

According to the company the name Hebe Mountain comes from the fact that the project is located on a hill and is surrounded by mountains.
