At 9:05 am yesterday morning (20/9), a domestic helper reported to the police that a window of a detached house on Hang Hau Wing Lung Road, Clear Water Bay, Sai Kung, had been pried open. She suspected a burglary had taken place.
Police officers at the scene, and the homeowner, after a preliminary count, believed that two handbags and a safe were missing, with a total value of approximately HK$50,000. Following a preliminary investigation, the case is being treated as a “burglary,” and no arrests have been made so far.
