The Legco By-election for North East New Territories takes place on 11 March 2018. Eight nominations have been received. Two were disqualified, leaving six qualified candidates in the running.
If this election follows a similar form to previous ones, very few of the candidates will distribute any material in English, even though it has been estimated that there are over 30,000 English-only speakers in the constituency.
BUZZ will be putting a list of questions to the candidates. Consequently, we are asking readers to submit suggestions as to what they would like to have discussed.
