Sai Kung Police are seeking help identifying a Caucasian expatriate whose body was found in the harbour after the typhoon. Residents are asked to report any missing persons.
The following description was given: Male expat, about 50 years old, balding with some white hair, stout build, wearing a grey T-shirt, underpants and black socks ( no trousers or shoes). No ID and no tattoos.
The police are awaiting a pathologist’s report.
