The owner of a seven-seat car parked on the side of the Po Lo Che Road in Sai Kung got a shock this morning when he found his van had had all four tyres removed overnight. The 38-year-old owner had parked his car, along with four others, in the parking space along the road.
He said that he worked nearby and usually parked the car inside the site. However, some engineering materials were recently transferred to occupy the open space where he worked, so he parked the car on the road side for the past two days. Although there were other cars in the parking bay his was the only one to suffer. Police are investigating whether the culprits were targeting specific vehicles.
