Last night, around 8:00 pm, a dog owner was walking his dog in Tai Wan village, along Tai Mong Tsai Road, when the dog tried to run off towards an abandoned building. The owner followed the dog into the house and was surprised to see a middle aged man hanging in a room on the roof.
The police arrived to investigate the report and determined that the man was hanging by his trousers. They confirmed the victim was dead, and found a suicide note on his body. There were reports that the victim was suffering from financial problems.
