UPDATE
Rescue workers have found the missing 24-year-old youth around 6:00 pm. He was not injured and boarded the boat back to the shore without being sent to the hospital for treatment.
A 24-year-old man was reported missing this afternoon while snorkeling off Cheung Tsui/Tai Long Tsui at the far eastern edge of Sai Kung East Country Park, just north of Tai Long Wan. The man was reported missing by his three colleagues just after 1:00 pm.
Marine police launches and a rescue helicopter were sent to the scene, but at this moment, no information has been released on how the search is going.
The area is a well know dive site, but the rocky shore and large waves make it a difficult area to dive in.
