LCSD have just announced that the Lunar New Year Lantern Carnival that was supposed to take place in the Sai Kung Waterfront Park and Wai Man Road playground from 4 – 9 February has been cancelled in order to reduce the risk of the spread of the novel coronavirus in the community.
