Women trespassing on private land in Sai Kung allows her dog to harass tethered goats

Over the weekend local social media was aflame with news of a woman trespassing on private land just off Clear Water Bay Road, Sai Kung who let her unleashed dog harass and bite a tethered goat and its kid.

The incident occurred around 10:00 am on Sunday 10 January and was videoed and uploaded on Facebook.

Netizen Doris Lau, who uploaded the clip, said that morning, a lady without a mask, carrying three large dogs without any leash, allowed one of her dogs to harass the tied up ewe, and chase and bite the kid. At that time, some onlookers stepped forward to stop the dog, but criticised the dog owner for her bad attitude, as she refused to do anything to stop her dogs.

It can be seen in the film that a husky keeps running around the goat and tried to pounce on the kid. The kid hurriedly runs away and looks for the ewe for help, but was still bitten by the dog and cries loudly. However, the dog owner never stopped her dogs. Instead, she took out her mobile phone to threaten the onlookers by filming them. The onlookers called the police, but the owner took the dog away and ignored them.
