Motorists are advised that to facilitate road improvement works on Hiram’s Highway, all vehicles on the section of Clear Water Bay Road westbound near Tai Po Tsai Village will be banned temporarily from proceeding to Hiram’s Highway northbound via Hiram’s Highway underpass between 12:30 am and 05:30 am daily on 13, 14, 15, 20, 21, 22, 27, 28 and 29 April 2021.
Affected vehicles will be diverted to travel via Clear Water Bay Road westbound, the slip road leading from Clear Water Bay Road westbound to Clear Water Bay Road eastbound near Ta Ku Ling San Tsuen, Clear Water Bay Road eastbound, and the slip road leading from Clear Water Bay Road eastbound to Hiram’s Highway northbound near Hiram’s Villa to Hiram’s Highway northbound.
Motorists are advised to drive with utmost care and patience. Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
