
The proposed development at Sha Ha
Tomorrow (27/3) the Town Planning Board will discuss several applications and review the Planning Department’s proposed revisions to the Sai Kung Outline Zoning Plan NO. S/SK-SKT/6.

The current OZP
The main changes, as detailed in the paper to the TPB, are:
- Amendment A: Rezoning of a site at Sha Ha from “V” to “R(B)6” (about 1.15 ha)
- Amendment B: Rezoning of a site at Tai Mong Tsai Road from “CDA(2)” to “R(B)7” (about 1.5 ha)
- Amendments C1, C2 and C3: Rezoning of several pieces of land near the junction of Chui Tong Road and Hong Tsuen Road from “Green Belt” (“GB”) and areas shown as ‘Road’ to “R(E)1”, from “GB”, “R(E)1” and an area shown as ‘Road’ to “Open Space” (“O”) and from “R(E)1” and “GB” to areas shown as ‘Road’ (about 0.63 ha).
