Transport Department have advised motorists that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on Ho Chung Road, Sai Kung:
i) From 10:00 am to 4:00 pm daily from 3 August to 5 August 2026
a) Lane closure
The section of Ho Chung Road eastbound from a point about 15 metres west of its junction with Hiram’s Highway to a point about 65 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.
b) Traffic diversion
Affected motorists heading to Hiram’s Highway will be diverted via Ho Chung North Road and Luk Mei Tsuen Road.
ii) From 10:00 am to 4:00 pm daily from 6 August to 7 August 2026
a) Lane closure
The section of Ho Chung Road westbound from its junction with Hiram’s Highway to a point about 35 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.
b) Traffic diversion
Affected motorists heading to Ho Chung Road westbound will be diverted via Luk Mei Tsuen Road and Ho Chung North Road.
Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
