Transport Department have advised the public that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented.
I) During the period from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am of the following day daily on 9 and 16 November 2026.
a) Lane Closure
- (i) The slow lane of Clear Water Bay Road (westbound) from a point about 30 metres east of its junction with Tan Shan Road to a point of the same junction will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic; and
- (ii) The slow lane of Clear Water Bay Road (westbound) from a point about 10 metres west of its junction with Tan Shan Road to a point about 310 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.
- During the road closure, motorists can use the remaining traffic lanes of the above road section.
b) Public Transport Arrangements
The bus stop of KMB Route Nos. 91, 91M and 92 on Clear Water Bay Road (westbound) near Lung Wo Tsuen will be temporarily relocated about 15 metres eastward.
II) From 10:00 pm to 6:00 am of the following day daily on 11 and 18 November 2026
a) Lane Closure
- (i) The slow lane of Clear Water Bay Road (westbound) from a point about 30 metres east of its junction with Tan Shan Road to a point of the same junction will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic; and
- (ii) The slow lane of Clear Water Bay Road (westbound) from a point about 10 metres west of its junction with Tan Shan Road to a point about 310 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.
- During the road closure, motorists can use the remaining traffic lanes of the above road section.
b) Public Transport Arrangements
The bus stop of KMB Route Nos. 91, 91M and 92 on Clear Water Bay Road (westbound) near Lung Wo Tsuen will be temporarily relocated about 15 metres westward.
III) From 10.00 pm to 6.00 am of the following day daily on 10, 12, 17 and 19 November 2026
a) Lane Closure
- (i) The fast lane of Clear Water Bay Road (westbound) from a point about 70 metres east of its junction with Tan Shan Road to a point about 300 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic; and
- (ii) The slip road from Clear Water Bay Road (westbound) heading to Denon Terrace (northbound) will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.
- During the road closure, motorists can use the remaining traffic lanes of the above road section.
b) Traffic Diversion
Affected motorists heading to Denon Terrace (northbound) will be diverted via the U-turn slip road near Fei Ngo Shan Road and Clear Water Bay Road (eastbound).
Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Notices will be put up to advise passengers of the temporary arrangements.
